New Moon Ritual for Transformation

September has arrived once again and Autumn is but days away! This time of year fills me with life, positivity, and energy. It’s also a time that welcomes change into our lives and what better way to help that along than with a little magic. So this week I bring you a New Moon Candle Ritual for Transformation!  

It might be left from our adolescent years when September meant the start of a new school year or that the Witch’s New Year (Samhain) is fast approaching but September brings with it a sense of renewal. It’s a great time to start healthy habits, move forward with confidence towards that goal you’ve had your eye on, and to take the steps you’ve been meaning to towards being the best damn human you can be.

New Moon, New You

Well not entirely lol. However, the New Moon is an opportune time for starting anew, clearing out the old, welcoming in change, setting fresh intentions, and making the commitment to move forward with motivation and positivity towards whatever it may be that you’ve been chasing. 

The Full Moon always gets the most attention but over the years I have been becoming just as, if not more, excited for the New Moon phase. I love a new beginning and the energy that fills the air during this time. 

This month let’s harness it, welcome it in, and start down the path towards living the best life we possibly can.

There is no time like the present. This September New Moon in Virgo falls on September. Bringing with it some powerful energy to help you gain clarity,  find balance, feel grounded, be motivated, and to feel fully ready for beautiful transformation and change to take place.

New Moon Ritual for Transformation 

Materials Needed:

  • 1–2 drops pine or peppermint essential oil (properly diluted) for renewal

  • 1 white candle for cleansing and blessings

Steps:

  1. Cleanse, ground, and centre as needed.
  2. Sit comfortably in your space, place a drop or two of the essential oil on your index finger, and anoint your candle with it. Run your finger up the sides and around the centre until you are satisfied. You really only need to use a small amount of oil for this purpose.
  3. Now light your candle and close your eyes. Visualize making the positive changes in your life you are focusing on right now and have maybe been putting off for a while. What would your days look like if you were to take the appropriate steps to make this change, or changes, happen? How much more joy would you feel?
  4. Now open your eyes and stare into your candle flame. Try to see yourself in the flame as that person, you’ve followed through, made the change, and are thriving. Include as many details for yourself as you can. Stay in this for a few minutes. Soak it up and connect with how this visual makes you feel.
  5. Once you finish, open your eyes, and recite the following, “I accept and welcome change into my life. I am ready and will work hard to make these changes my reality. I am in charge of my own destiny.” 
  6. Give thanks to the fire element. Close out your ritual with one final affirmation of your choosing. You may now extinguish your flame.

Easy and Delicious Vegan Plum & Walnut Muffins for Protection

What’s better than muffins for breakfast or a tasty afternoon pick me up? These Vegan Plum and Walnut Muffins are the perfect summer time combo. Plums are in season and absolutely divine this time of year. 

A favourite snack at any age, muffins are one of my favourite things to bake. Making them at home enables you to use healthy whole food ingredients and a lot less sugar than ones bought from the shops and cafes. This particular recipe also comes together very easily and can be made gluten and nut free.

A Wonderful Lughnasadh Treat

Not to mention these are also a perfect addition to your Lughnasadh festivities if you are celebrating in the next few days. The ingredients and properties within pair incredibly well with our first harvest festival of the year. For more info on Lughnasadh you can check out my post HERE.

These plum and walnut muffins include properties for abundance, protection, love, health, longevity, and healing. Okay, let’s get into this recipe!

Vegan Plum & Walnut Muffins: Main Magical Properties

Plum – protection, love, passion, health

Walnut – protection, healing, clarity, creativity, abundance

Spelt happiness, strength, abundance, health, longevity, prosperity

Coconut – luck, protection, purification

Lemonlongevity, clarity, happiness, cleansing, spirituality

Vanillabeauty, love, energy, passion

While going through the steps to prepare your muffins,  clear your mind of outside noise and keep your intention clear in your thoughts. Focus on gaining protection, be it mental, physical, emotional, or psychic.  Tailor the intention to match your current situation. What area do you want to bring a cloak of protection into your life? Be specific with your goal.

And Now The Plum and Walnut Muffin Recipe!

Makes 10 – 12 muffins | Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 – 4 plums chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups spelt flour (can be replaced with gluten free 1:1 flour)
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 flax egg or egg replacer
  • 1/2 cup plant milk (I used almond)
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup walnut pieces (omit if you need nut free, they are still delicious)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (180C, 160 Fan) and line or grease your muffin pan.
  2. Chop your plums and set aside to mix in last.
  3. Mix your ‘egg’ and leave to thicken.
  4. Mix together all dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
  5. Now mix together all of your wet ingredients.
  6. Mix your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir clockwise to encourage bringing forth protection into your life.
  7. Now gently mix in your plums and walnut pieces.
  8. Fill your muffin cups about 3/4 full. Though I like to fill mine a little bit extra so I only get 10 muffins with this recipe.
  9. Before putting into the oven, place your hands above the muffins and close your eyes. State the following, ‘May these wholesome treats, sacred gifts from the earth, bring protection into my life.’ You may tailor the statement to your individual intentions.
  10. Put to bake for 20 – 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean (a few crumbs is okay). Mine took 22 minutes.
  11. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool completely. And enjoy!

These store well in an airtight container for about 3 days or in the fridge for a day or two longer.

Simple Spell Jar for Motivation & Positivity

I don’t think I know a witch who doesn’t love crafting a good spell jar. They are extremely versatile and can be created with any intention in mind by carefully choosing your ingredients. Today, we are going to focus our efforts on putting together a spell jar for motivation and positivity.

Let’s face it,  it is often easy to lose some of these energies during our day to day routines. What better way to help us remember and bring some of these energies back into our life than through our magical  practice.

Welcoming in Some Motivational Energy

An extra dose of motivation, is always a most welcome thing and especially helpful when life throws you off your game. So, the start to my summer has been interesting and this year as a whole slightly challenging. A lot of 2 steps forward, 1 step back or sometimes 1 step forward and 2 steps back lol.

We all go through periods like this where there may be more obstacles than you would like or life throws you some curve balls making it hard to stay on track with your goals. 

It’s great at times like these to really lean into your practice and get that energy re-centred and moving in the right direction again. Enter this spell jar for motivation and positivity! My last couple of weeks have certainly motivated me to put one of these into practice and to share it with you all in this post. So let’s get started!

Spell Jar for Motivation & Positivity

Materials Needed:

  • Red candle for passion and drive

  • 1 tablespoon dried lemon balm for joy and confidence

  • 1 tablespoon dried patchouli for growth and success

  • 1 tablespoon dried peppermint for energy and motivation

  • Small jar with lid

  • 1 carnelian stone for motivation and confidence

  • 3 drops sweet orange essential oil for success, clarity, and positivity

  • 1 red string or ribbon, long enough to tie around the top of the jar. This will solidify your intentions and encourage vitality and courage moving forward.

Steps:

  1. Cleanse, ground, and center as needed.
  2. Choose your workspace and gather your materials. Allow your mind to be at ease. Begin to think about your goals and your motivations for them. What are the reasons you want to reach this goal? Why is it important to you? Shift your thoughts to this goal oriented mind-frame.
  3. Sit comfortably to promote relaxation and calm. Take a deep breathe and light your candle.
  4. Clear your head and focus your mind on feelings of joy, success, motivation, and how amazing it will feel when these intentions are manifested into your life.
  5. Add each herb individually into your jar. See in your minds eye inner energy that as driven and optimistic. Visualize these energies surrounding your entire body in a beautiful golden hue, infusing you with the motivation to move forward and the certainty of success. Visualize yourself reaching your goals. What will this look like for you? Include as much detail as you can in your visualization.
  6. Now add in your carnelian stone and essential oil. Recite the following: ‘I am motivated, I am strong. Feelings of doubt, are now long gone. Drive and passion fill up my heart. The time has come for this spell to start.’
  7. Close up your jar and tie your red string in a bow around the top of the jar.
  8. Place your jar in front of your candle and focus on the flame through the glass. Keep your visualization strong in your mind. Say, “I am motivated and will reach all of my goals.” You may now extinguish your flame.

Place the jar in a place of prominence or power such as your work space or altar.

Quick & Easy Garlic Spiced Tofu for Protection

Tofu is so versatile and delicious any time of day; breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This garlic spiced tofu recipe is just the thing you need to add to your meal prep rotation for the week. 

You could have this tofu in a rice or noodle bowl, on a salad, on a sandwich or in wraps. It also includes some wonderful energetic properties including protection, psychic abilities, strength, enhanced spirituality, health, and healing. And did I mention how easily it comes together? It is sure to become one of your new favourites.

Before we get into this Garlic Spiced Tofu recipe, let’s talk about some of the health benefits.

Garlic Spiced Tofu: The Health Benefits

These ingredients are super simple and with some great nutritional benefits.

Tofu

  • Nutrient Dense
  • High in Protein
  • Heart healthy
  • May reduce cancer risk
  • May protect against diabetes
  • May improve bone density
  • May benefit brain health

Garlic

  • Nutrient dense
  • Boosts immune system
  • Reduces blood pressure
  • Improves cholesterol
  • Heart healthy
  • Contains anti-oxidants
  • May improve bone health
  • May help with detoxification

Cayenne Pepper

  • Excellent source of  Vitamin C
  • Anti-inflammatory properties

Garlic Spiced Tofu: Main Magical Properties

Tofu (Soybeans) – spirituality, psychic ability, strength, protection

Maple Syrup – love, wealth, joy, prosperity

While going through the steps to prepare your tofu, focus on your goals. What specific situations are you applying this intention to? What in your life do you want to protect?

And Now The Garlic Spiced Tofu Recipe!

Makes 4 servings | Time: 20 minutes 

Ingredients:

  • 280 gram block of extra firm tofu
  • 3 green onions
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch or arrowroot powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • black pepper to taste

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation:

  1. 1. Toss your tofu in 1 tbsp olive oil, onion powder, black pepper, and cornstarch. Set aside.

    2. Preheat a non-stick pan with your 1 tsp olive oil and minced garlic. Saute for 1 minute and then add in your tofu mixture. Sauté stirring frequently until tofu is slightly brown and crispy.

    3. While tofu is sautéing, mix up your sauce. Add all ingredients into a bowl and whisk well.

    4. Once the tofu is ready stir in your sauce. Simmer for 4 – 6 minutes allowing sauce to thicken. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

    5. Prior to eating you may state the following, ‘May this tofu bring wealth to my life in new and unexpected ways.’

    Serve with rice and veggies, on top of a salad, or in a wrap. Leftovers may be stored in the fridge for 3 days.

Granola bars are a tried and true snack. And Chocolate Chip Granola Bars are arguably the most popular flavour out there. So next time you are in need of a healthy snack that also contains tons of energetic properties look no further than these vegan chocolate chip granola bars! 

A favourite snack for both young and old, these granola bars are made with healthy whole food ingredients and come together very easily. Making granola bars at home is a much healthier and tastier option than the store bought versions. They often contain artificial colours and flavours, preservatives, and can be filled with processed sugars.

These bars include properties for wealth, abundance, grounding, luck, love, cleansing, success, joy, and healing. These are also great for meal prepping when you need a quick snack to just grab and go.

Before we get into this Chocolate Chip Granola Bar recipe, let’s talk about some of the health benefits.

What area do you want to achieve wealth? Would you benefit most from a wealth of knowledge, health, love, money, etc. Be specific with your intention.

And Now The Chocolate Chip Granola Bar Recipe!

Makes 8 – 10 bars | Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup almond slivers
  • 1/2 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c chopped dates
  • 3/4 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)
  • 1/4 vegan cup chocolate chips

Preparation:

  1. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 350F.
  2. Mix together all dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
  3. Place all liquid ingredients plus your chopped dates into a pot and heat on low/medium temperature until all ingredients are softened and well combined.
  4. Next, add your warmed liquid ingredients into your dry and stir well until all ingredients are incorporated. It will get a little hard to stir so use your hands for the last little bit. While mixing, state the following, ‘May these nourishing bars bring wealth into my life.’ Tailor the statement to your individual intentions.
  5. Add in your chocolate chips last. Some of them will melt and that’s okay.
  6. Pour your batter into your prepared pan and begin to press the batter down firmly.
  7. Place a piece of fresh parchment paper on top and then use your hands or a glass to continue to press the mixture out until it is evenly distributed.
  8. Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top if you would like.
  9. Put to bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before trying to cut into bars. If you cut them to soon they will crumble.

Store well in an airtight container for about a week or in the fridge for a while longer.

Adults and kids alike will love these!

Healthy Vegan Strawberry Smoothie Bowl for Love

What’s better than a smoothie in the morning to give your body just what it needs to wake up and get going? Maybe a smoothie bowl! This Strawberry Smoothie Bowl for Love is the perfect addition to your morning breakfast rotation to help get your day off to a magically delicious start. 

For this bowl we are channeling the beautiful energies of Beltane! The properties here are really wonderful for connecting with the Sabbat, Taurus Season, and Spring in general. The bowl is packed with vitamins and energetic properties for love, passion, strength, money, abundance, success, energy, and luck, it’s sure to become one of your favourites. 

So let’s get into some of the benefits this smoothie contains, both nutritional and magical.

Banana Berry Smoothie: The Health Benefits

These ingredients are super simple and jam packed with nutrition.

Strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • Rich in Anti-oxidants
  • Improve insulin response
  • Lots of Fibre
  • Fight inflammation
  • Heart Healthy
  • Protect against disease
  • Great source of Vitamin C
  • Skin health
  • May lower cholesterol

Banana

  • Nutrient rich
  • Source of Anti-oxidants
  • Excellent source of fibre
  • Improves digestion
  • Contains multiple vitamins and minerals

Spinach (fresh)

  • Vitamins A, C, & K
  • Folate (B9)
  • Iron
  • Anti-oxidants
  • Calcium
  • Heart healthy

Vegan Protein Powder

  • Being vegan, I like to get this extra protein boost into my day.
  • I use Genuine Health Organic Fermented Vanilla Protein Powder or Form.  They are both delicious and with no funky additives.
  • Be wary with protein powders as a lot of them have ingredient lists as long as your arm. Try to buy high quality if you are going to use one.
  • Another alternative I like to use is pure Pumpkin Seed Powder. It comes only unflavoured and is honestly pretty tasteless lol.

Smoothie Bowl Notes

  1. I don’t use any additional sweetener. However, you can add a medjool date, maple syrup, agave, or date syrup if you’d like more sweetness.
  2. People have varied tastes when it comes to smoothie bowls in regard to how thick they like them. This recipe is exactly how I make mine. Feel free to add more, or less, liquid/ice to get your desired thickness.
  3. Different protein powders WILL change the taste. The Vanilla Genuine Health one that I use is the absolute best tasting I have found, EVER. And by a lot. You can also omit the protein powder entirely. Maybe add a little vanilla extract or kefir to the mix if you omit the powder.

Strawberry Smoothie Bowl: Main Magical Properties

Strawberries – success, luck, energy, abundance 

Banana – prosperity, love, perseverance, spirituality, balance

There will be others depending on your milk choice and toppings.

While preparing your smoothie bowl,  focus on what you are trying to accomplish. How do you want to feel? What do you want your day to look like? In this case we can focus on showing ourselves and/or others some love, and holding love in your heart. 

You are taking magickal elements into your body, take advantage of what they can offer you and how they can help to manifest your goals as well as nourish your holistic self.

And Now The Strawberry Smoothie Bowl Recipe!

Makes 1 serving – Total time: 10 minutes

  • 1/4 c non dairy milk  (almond, cashew, oat, soy, coconut)     
  • 1 tbsp non dairy yogurt 
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 c strawberries    
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 handful of spinach (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender (a high power one is recommended). Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and add your desired toppings. Some good ones include nuts, seeds, coconut, nut butter, chocolate chips, or more fresh fruit.
  3. While blending state the following as many times as feels right, ‘May this nourishing  meal bring love to my day and into my heart.’

Et voila! A healthy and energy charged breakfast to set you up for success in less than 10 minutes.

Quick and Easy Vegan Beltane Bannocks for Abundance

Summer is getting closer with each passing day and it’s already time for Beltane!  These Vegan Beltane Bannocks for abundance are the perfect thing to add into your festivities this year.

Beltane is celebrated the evening of April 30th and all of May 1st here in the Northern Hemisphere. It is the midpoint between the Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice, and celebrates the return of summer, nature in all its glory, and the miracle and pleasure of life, love, and beauty. Bannocks were traditionally eaten at Beltane to ensure an abundant and fertile growing season in the weeks to come. Aside from abundance, they also contain energetic properties for prosperity, grounding, wealth, stability, and happiness. 

Including some kitchen magic as part of your Sabbat festivities is a wonderful way to connect with each turn of the wheel, with nature, and with the elements. And after all, no celebration is truly complete without some yummy eats so I do hope you will try these out this year!

Now let’s get into this Beltane Bannock recipe!

Beltane Bannocks: Main Magickal Properties

Oat Flour – abundance, wealth, prosperity, sustainability

Wheat Flour – grounding, abundance, stability, prosperity

Sugar – love, money, attraction, peace

Salt – luck, protection, cleansing, wards negativity 

Lemon Juice – happiness, clarity, cleansing, longevity

While going through the steps to prepare your bannocks, focus on what you are trying to accomplish. There are some good moments here where we are able to use our hands and really connect with our ingredients. How do you want to feel? Visualize yourself with a mind that is clear and open. Be specific, in what areas of your life are you looking for abundance? How will your life change if you are able to obtain this?

And Now The Beltane Bannock Recipe!

Makes 8 – 12 Bannocks  | Total Time: 35 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 c spelt, whole wheat, or gluten free 1:1 flour
  • 1 c oat flour
  • 2 tbsp vegan butter
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 320F and line or grease a sheet pan.
  2. Mix milk and lemon juice in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Mix butter and flour together and then add in the rest of your dry ingredients.
  4. Now mix in your milk/lemon mixture.
  5. Use hands to kneed the dough and make sure all ingredients are well combined.
  6. Roll out your dough onto a floured surface about 1/2 to 1 inch thick.
  7. Cut out your bannocks with a circle cookie cutter or a glass and place onto your pan.
  8. Bake for 10 – 14 minutes (I take mine out at 12). Alternatively, you can fry your bannocks in a pan with a bit of oil or butter, 4 – 6 minutes per side. You can fry them as smaller individual bannocks or as one large bannock that you can cut into pieces. 
  9. Focus on your intentions throughout the process and just prior to baking hold your hands above the pan and state the following or something similar, ‘On this Blessed Beltane, may these traditional bannocks bring abundance to my day, week, and summer season.’

These bannocks keep for about 3 – 4 days in an airtight container and are still delicious but they’re particularly good when eaten fresh from the oven. Enjoy them with butter, jam, nut butter, some vegan cream, or even just plain. All options will be delicious!

They will also be a perfect addition if you are hosting a Beltane brunch or dinner.

Easy Vegan Sweet Potato Squash Salad for Grounding

Taurus season has arrived and can bring with it the desire to feel stable and grounded. As an earth sign these are popular themes for Taurus season along with love, beauty, joy, peace, and appreciating life and all it’s pleasures.

It’s the perfect time to treat yourself, indulge in some extra self care, be present in every moment and try to find a sense of calm and balance within yourself.

This salad also includes properties for abundance, wealth, harmony, love, energy, and protection. It’s also perfect for meal prepping if you want to focus your week on these types of intentions.  

Before we get into this Sweet Potato Squash recipe, let’s talk about some of the health benefits.

And Now The Sweet Potato Squash Recipe!

Makes 6 – 8 servings | Time: 45 minutes

Salad Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sweet potato
  • 1 lb squash
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 sm red onion
  • 1 c corn
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 3 tbsp walnut pieces

Dressing Ingredients:

  • 3/4 c tahini
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • black pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Cut up your sweet potato and squash. You can either boil or roast it in the oven to cook. Try to cook in advance so that it is already cooled and ready to be mixed into the salad.
  2. Chop up your peppers, onions, and cook your corn (I tend to just use frozen because it’s easy).
  3. Next, place all of your dressing ingredients into a bowl and whisk together until smooth. You may add extra water a tablespoon at a time to reach your desired consistency if it’s too thick.
  4. Combine all of your salad ingredients into a large bowl then add your dressing and mix together thoroughly. As you are stirring, try to feel focused and relaxed while bringing yourself back to centre. You may state the following or something similar if you wish, ‘May these nutritious gifts from earth help me to feel grounded and find balance throughout the day.’

This salad is great for make ahead meal prep and will be good in the fridge for 3 days.

A time to revel in the beauty of nature, life’s simple pleasures, slow down, take a breath, reconnect with yourself, allow for some peace to settle in, and just bask in a little joyful loving and maybe even a little self indulgent energy.  These Vegan No Bake Raspberry Bars are just the thing to help you welcome this new astrological season. These are a super easy, healthy and tasty spring time recipe. Perfect for when you need a warmer weather dessert.

These bites also contain some other wonderful properties that go perfectly with Taurus season energy including love, luck, joy, beauty, stability, prosperity, abundance, grounding, and energy.

While preparing your bites, focus on the intention of having abundance in your life. How do you want this to feel? What goals do you want to accomplish? Visualize how your life will look once you reach these milestones.

And Now The No Bake Raspberry Bars Recipe!

Makes 9 – 12 bars | Time: 20 minutes (plus chill time)

Crust Ingredients:

  • 1 c whole rolled oats
  • 1/2 c coconut flour
  • 1/2 c dates
  • 1/4 c tahini
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Filling Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 2 c raspberries
  • cream from 1 can of coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation:

  1. Line an 8×8 pan with wax or parchment paper.
  2. Place all of your crust ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until you get a crumbly mixture that easily presses together. Be sure to scrap down the sides as necessary.
  3. While you are blending keep your intentions in your minds eye and state the following, ‘‘Sweet raspberries, bring forth joy. Your energies I do employ. Happiness within my soul I seek. May this light find me today, tomorrow and throughout the week.’ You may repeat this each time you blend your ingredients and/or whenever you have a piece of the bars. 
  4. Now press the crust firmly into your pan and place in the fridge while you mix together your filling.
  5. Next place all of your filling ingredients into your food processor and blend until smoothie. Again, be sure to scrap down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well blended.
  6. Remove your crust from the fridge and smooth your raspberry filling evenly over the top. 
  7. Place in the freezer for 30 – 60 minutes to set. 
  8. You can store in the fridge or freezer for 4 – 5 days. If storing in the freezer take out and allow to sit for 10 – 20 minutes to soften before slicing. I prefer to store in the fridge so there is no thawing necessary but either is good! However, don’t leave at room temperature or it will become too soft.

And you’re done!

Very easy to put together, super tasty, and incredibly refreshing.
